The Levant Bakery
The Levant Bakery was established in 2022 as a Middle-Eastern bakery with a focus on oven-centric cooking.
The Levantine region boasts a food culture unlike any other. It is a culture of generosity and sharing that hinges on community building. Creating foods that are consumed all-day, from traditional flatbreads, to oven-baked small plates; serving the purpose of bringing people together to enjoy meals filled with rich and historic flavour.
Today, The Levant Bakery seeks to bring the local food and taste to the different pockets of the world. To the unassuming eye, it may look like any other baker, but do not be fooled. it is a purveyor of authentic flavour with a modern twist.
The baker is a host of meaningful social connections formed over the course of a light, but filling meal. He has championed his home-town’s culture and comes bearing a message to spread: food tastes better when it’s shared
