Sihot Park Slovakia – first phase construction completed
We are delighted to finally make this exciting project a reality. Many people in Slovakia said it could not be done, but with patience and diligence we managed to overcome the obstacles and so this is a truly rewarding moment for the whole team. My thanks especially to Goldbeck, our construction partner, for delivery such a high quality product on time and on budget. We already have two blue chip international companies as tenants and we look forward to welcoming many more to Sihot Park in the course of the year

Sisban has completed construction of the first phase of its light industry and logistics park in Slovakia. Located 100km north of the capital Bratislava and adjacent to a major highway intersection, Sihot Park sits on half a million square metres of land for which permissions have been secured to build a total of 162.500 m² (1.75 million ft²) of buildings.
The completed first phase comprises a hall of 36,500 m² (393,000 ft²), which opens with tenants already in place for over 30% of the floor area and several negotiations in final stages to double occupancy within the first quarter of the year.
